I am an out of network provider. I have partnered with Thrizer to make it easier for clients to use their out-of-network benefits and get reimbursed for therapy sessions.
Thrizer is helpful if you:
Have out-of-network coverage through your insurance
Find insurance forms or superbills confusing
Have submitted claims before but didn’t receive reimbursement
Prefer to avoid the hassle of managing the process yourself
Since my practice is out-of-network, session fees are paid at the time of your appointment. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, Thrizer can submit claims on your behalf, making it simpler for you to receive reimbursement directly from your insurance provider. During our consult call, I can give you an estimate of your out of pocket cost through Thrizer based on your out of network coverage.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. It uses guided bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or taps to help you reprocess memories and emotions so they feel less overwhelming. EMDR can be especially effective for anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, and deeply rooted patterns.
-
While EMDR is widely used for trauma, it’s also effective for anxiety, phobias, depression, perfectionism, postpartum challenges, and feeling stuck. EMDR can help reduce the emotional charge around painful memories and patterns that keep showing up in daily life. Many clients find EMDR helpful when traditional talk therapy hasn’t moved them forward in the way they hoped.

An EMDR therapy intensive is a focused and accelerated way of doing therapy. Instead of meeting once a week, we meet for longer sessions—usually a few hours at a time or over several consecutive days—so you have the space to go deeper without interruptions.
This format allows your mind and body to stay more connected to the work, helping you process stuck memories or patterns more efficiently. Many people find that what might take months in weekly therapy can often be addressed in a shorter period of time through an intensive

Somatic therapy helps you connect with your body’s signals and responses, since stress and trauma often live in the body as much as the mind. I integrate body awareness techniques, breathwork, and grounding tools to help you feel more present and connected to yourself.
